Pricing and Payment Options

Dr. Whitten is an independently licensed Psychologist, which means that most insurance companies that provide behavioral health coverage will reimburse their policy holders for his services. Our staff can assist you in getting pre-authorization and reimbursement for services if necessary. In office assessments are self-pay only.  We are no longer able to accept insurnace as payment for in office assessments. If your family is uninsured and in need of services, we will work with you to devise a payment plan that is manageable for your budget.

Out-of-pocket fees for services are as follows:
Therapy Services: $100 per hour
In-person testing is $1000 for a comprensive neuropsychological assessment
Out of pocket for online assessments is $500 (for people without insurance coverage)
Cognitive medication checks are $250
